About JenaiMarie

You’re not starting over — you’re starting deeper.

If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re ready for change — not the surface-level kind that fades, but the kind that rewires how you live, think, and care for yourself. My coaching isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice. It’s about partnering with you to uncover what truly matters and creating sustainable steps toward the life and health you want.

My own journey brought me here. After decades in civil design and land development, chronic migraines forced me to step back and reevaluate. Navigating conventional healthcare left me searching for answers beyond prescriptions. I began tracking my health like a data project, piecing together patterns no single provider could see. Through whole-person lifestyle shifts, intentional habits, and mindset work, I gradually began to reclaim my health — and with it, a renewed sense of purpose.

Around the same time, I relocated across the country to care for my aging mother. That season taught me that resilience isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about creating systems that support us in functioning and growing, even within limitations.

Today, I bring these experiences into coaching. I know health is never just physical — it’s inseparable from our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and environment. My approach is rooted in the whole person, because sustainable change happens when all of you is part of the conversation. Together, we explore not just what is happening, but why — and then create realistic strategies aligned with your values and vision.

I coach clients navigating change, chronic conditions, caregiving, burnout, and identity shifts. My training through an ICF-accredited program, ongoing preparation for NBHWC certification, and my lived experience allow me to partner with you in ways that are both compassionate and practical.

I don’t come with all the answers — I walk beside you, knowing the answers already exist within you.
